Roses,
situated at 50 km from the French-Spanish border and at 17 km from
Figueres, the tourist centre of the Costa-Brava.
The blocks of flats
"La Solana" and "Solimar"
are situated in the commercial centre of Santa Margarita (district of
Roses) at less than 80 metres away from the large sandy
beach. The shallow water together with the absence of sea current
makes this beach ideal for children.
Apartments La Solana (2 bedrooms)
The
edifice La Solana is a "U"-shaped, 5 storey building.
All apartments (±65 m²) accommodate 6 persons: 2
double bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a settee-bed for 2 persons in the
living room. Furthermore each apartment includes: a hall; a fully equipped
kitchen (a gas cooker with 4 jets, a coffee maker, a refrigerator-deep freeze
combination and household effects); a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a
balcony with garden furniture. They also have a safe and a TV-connection. Most
apartments have an oblique sea view from the balcony.
In the apartments "Comfort Plus" there is a washing machine
and a Satellite TV.
Apartments "Comfort Extra" have besides a washing machine and
a satellite TV also
a microwave oven and an air conditioning.
The building has an elevator and a communal car park
Apartments Solimar (studio, 2 or 3 bedrooms)
Solimar
is an 8-storey building situated between La Solana and the beach.
All apartments have a frontal see view and consist of a hall, a
living room, a large balcony with garden furniture, a kitchen (equipped with a
gas cooker with 4 jets, a refrigerator-deep freeze combination, a coffee maker
and household effects) and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
All apartments have a washing machine, a microwave oven and a satellite
TV.
Those apartments that can accommodate 8 persons (1 settee-bed for 2
persons in the living room and 3 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each) have
an extra bathroom with shower and WC, whereas those for 6 persons (1
settee-bed for 2 persons in the living room and 2 double bedrooms with 2
single beds each) have
air-conditioning and an extra bathroom facility with a WC and a washbasin.
A studio consists of: a well equipped kitchen; a living room with a
double bed in a cupboard; a bathroom with shower and WC and a small balcony.
They have a direct view on the mountains. From the balcony there is an oblique
view on the beach.
The studio has a satellite TV.
The building has an elevator and a car park with reserved parking place.
On the ground floor there is a supermarket and a café-restaurant.
