Once a
deposit of 25 % of the total rent due, with a minimum of 50 EUR, is received
the reservation is secured and a “Reservation” paper will be send.
The
balance must be paid at last 45 days before the start of the rental period.
Once the balance is received, a “Confirmation of Reservation” paper will be
send. It is on presentation of this document that the caretaker on the spot
will hand over the keys to the apartment. These documents will be send by
mail or by fax.
By late
booking (less than 45 days before the start of the rental period) the total
amount due must be paid on reservation.
During the high season
(beginning of June till end of September) the apartments are let only from
Saturday till Saturday and out of season with a minimum of 7 days.
Arrival time is between
17.00 and 22.00 hours, departure time before 10.00h.
On Sundays the
reception desk is closed.
The total number of
people that moves into the apartment may not exceed the given total of
sleeping-accommodation; children less than 3 years of age are not counted
for. The director will refuse access to all supernumerary persons.
Domestic animals are
allowed free of charge. It is imperative that nature's needs are to be made
outside the grounds of the building. Any damage to and/or pollution of the
grounds of the building by the animal will have to be paid by the owner.
The rent
includes:
- the
normal expenditure of water and gas
- the
normal expenditure of electricity for household use
- the housecleaning at the end of the rental period (not included:
cleaning out the
refrigerator, doing the dishes and clearing up the dinnerware)
- the use of the car-park (apartments Solimar have a reserved parking
space) and
bicycle-shed.
In
winter time:
an electrical heating is available in the apartment. Consumption of
electricity that exceeds 10kW/day costs 0.18 €/kW
On
arrival
a guarantee of 125 EUR is demanded.
There is
also the possibility to hire:

bed-linen: 8 EUR per bed
- bed-linen for child's-bed: 4 EUR per bed
- set of towels (towel + bath towel + thee towel + face cloth): 4,5 EUR

child's-bed: 5 EUR per week
-
baby-chair: 5 EUR per week
- hotel
safe in the apartment: 12 EUR per week (caution money 15 EUR for key)
- microwave oven: 12 EUR per week
- electrical oven: 12 EUR per week
- TV-set
(for “Standard” apartments): 36 EUR per week (caution money 30 EUR)
- garage
(reservation well in advance is needed)
